Electrosurgery Electrodes
Blade Electrodes
The standard electrode for daily cutting and coagulation. Avilable in sized from 65mm to 200mm , with a PTFE or silicon coating. Insulated options available.
Ball Electrodes
Ideal for coagulation over a large area and fulguration. Available in 65mm and 150mm sizes, coated in a high performance PTFE coating.
Needle Electrodes
For precise procedures. Available either as a standard/insulated PTFE coated electrode, or as a tungsten micro-dissection needle. Sizes range from 65mm to 150mm
Loop Electrodes
Specialised electrode with a tungsten wire for effective tissue removal and shaped excision. Multiple sizes are available, weither in 65mm or 120mm shaft lengths.
Conization Electrodes
Designed for safe conization of the cervix. Tungsten wired for improved performance, with multiple sizes. 65mm and 120mm shaft lengths.
Handpieces
Lightweight and comfortable, compatible with any ESU. Hexlock designed to securely lock all of the above electrodes.
Neutral Electrodes
Skintact Cool Contact Neutral Electrodes offer significantly reduced risk of patient burns. This is due to a rounded leading edge which creates a more uniform current distribution, and an overlapping gel design which eliminates aluminium edge exposure.
The soft foam and low profile fabric backings are impermeable to liquids, and are sufficiently flexible to easily conform to the patient, reducing the risk of peeling. The symmetrical design further allows for the electrode to be orientated horizontally or vertically based on the user’s preferece.
The size of the electrode further means that a single electrode can be used for adults and pediatrics. Electrodes are available in corded and cordless configurations, as well as specific corded neonatal electrodes.
Reusable cables are available for connecting cordless cables to any standard ESU.
